* We do not accept returns for products once delivered, as dry fruits are perishable food items.

2. **Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement**
Returns or replacements may be accepted only under the following conditions:
* Product received is **damaged**, **defective**, or **tampered**
* Incorrect product delivered
* Quality issues (subject to verification)

3. **Reporting an Issue**
* Customers must report the issue within **24–48 hours** of delivery.
* शिकायत (complaint) must be supported with **clear photos or videos** of the product and packaging.
* Complaints reported after the specified time frame may not be accepted.

4. **Refund or Replacement Process**
* Once your request is reviewed and approved:
* A **replacement** will be shipped, OR
* A **refund** will be processed to your original payment method
* Refunds are typically processed within **5–10 business days** after approval.

5. **Non-Eligible Cases**
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
* Change of mind after purchase
* Minor variations in size, color, or packaging
* Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control
* Products that have been opened, used, or consumed
